Crows guard against letdown

The hype of opening the inaugural Gather Round at home translated into a big win for Adelaide. But they’re confident of avoiding a mental letdown in Launceston on Sunday.

Hawks look to stay in fight

They lost the game against the Giants last week, but big improvements in resilience has the Hawks confident they can press in-form Adelaide at Launceston on Sunday.

Attacking Hawks won’t be spooked

Their attacking mindset has hurt them at times, but Hawthorn will continue to back their young side in to take the game on against the Kangaroos at Launceston on Saturday.

Clarko ready for Roos rebuild

He played the long game at Hawthorn and led them to four premierships, and one of Alastair Clarkson’s understudies has no doubt he can eventually turn the Roos into a heavyweight.
