What is My Account?
My Account is a portal to manage your CODE subscription online. Click here to log in.
My Account allows you to do the following:
– Update your personal details
– Update your payment details
– Change your password
– View your tax invoices
– Manage your newsletters
– Link to social media accounts
How do I access My Account?
You can directly access My Account HERE.Alternatively you can manually head to My Account via desktop, app and mobile by following the below steps.
Ensure you are logged in to your account. If not, a ’Sign in’ button will be displayed on the top right hand corner of the website. Select this button and follow the prompts to login.
Once logged in, your name will appear in the top right hand corner. Select the down arrow next to your name and select ‘My Account’.
Why can’t I manage my subscription through My Account?
First you’ll need to check if your subscription is set up with My Account. Make sure you’re logged into My Account, and click ‘Subscriptions’.
If you can see your subscription details there, you are able to manage it online.
I can’t remember my login details.

How do I update my payment details?
You can quickly and securely update your payment details via the “Payment & Billing” section of My Account.
Can I access payment history and tax invoices?
You can view your payment history and tax invoices by heading to My Account and selecting ‘Payment & Billing’.
