      BEST BET

      DHARAM SHALAA (R1 No.5 – $2.10)

Dharam Shalaa will find this a lot easier after contesting a Saturday metro stakes race at Caulfield last start. Prior to that, he narrowly beaten at Bendigo and Ballarat.

      NEXT BEST

      BEDTIME ANGEL (R4 No.7 – $2.90)

Bedtime Angel won her jumpout by a big margin for her return here. The three-year-old has one placing in six starts, but she’s contested some decent maidens and pulled up with a slow recovery at her last outing.

      VALUE BET

      ON THE MOVE (R8 No.8 – $7.50)

On The Move won his maiden easily over the 1500m in his second career start at Ballarat. The blinkers go on and he looks a good each-way chance against an odds-on favourite.

      THE JOCKEY

      LUKE CURRIE

      DHARAM SHALAA (R1 No.5 – $2.10), SAKER FALCON (R2 No.8 – $3.50), UNDER MY THUMB (R5 No.4 – $1.75), TERRAFLYING (R6 No.8 – $5.50), ITSUKUSHIMA (R8 No.4 – $11)
