F1 cars will roar around the Albert Park circuit this weekend for the first time since 2019 as the Australian Grand Prix returns to Melbourne.

When is the F1 Australian Grand Prix 2022?
Main race: Sunday, April 10, 3pm-5pm.
Qualifying: Saturday, April 9, 4pm-5pm.
Practice 3: Saturday, April 9, 1pm-2pm.
Practice 2: Friday, April 8, 4pm-5pm.
Practice 1: Friday, April 8, 1pm-2pm.
Where is the race?
Albert Park Circuit, Melbourne, Victoria. The race track consists of public roads - closed off for the event - that surrounds a popular public lake 3km south of Melbourne’s CBD.
Where can I buy tickets?
Grandstand and Park Pass (general admission) tickets are sold out for Saturday and Sunday, organisers say.
The GP is an entirely digital event.
Tickets must be purchased through Ticketmaster, or an authorised reseller.
Tickets will not be sold at the event.
Check availability for Friday tickets and Thursday hospitality tickets.

The race is telecast on Foxtel (check guide for details) and Kayo.
