South Sydney travel north of the border to take on the Gold Coast, Saturday 11 June, but without their super star. Here’s how to watch the match and catch up on all the news in the lead-up.

Titans v Rabbitohs preview

The Rabbitohs were dealt a bitter blow to start the week with Latrell Mitchell contracting COVID-19 days before a possible NRL return against Gold Coast Titans.

Mitchell had spent the past fortnight in America, working with famed Philadelphia trainer Bill Knowles in an attempt to fast-track his return from knee and hamstring injuries.

Last week’s bye kept Souths in the top eight while Gold Coast suffered their 10th defeat of the season and have won just one of their last nine. Queensland Origin forward Tino Fa’asuamaleaui has been named to back up from Wednesday night’s win and so has Cam Murray.
